⦁ Title page (separate): title, all authors, affiliations, ORCID iDs, keywords (5-8), funding
⦁ Main manuscript: fully blinded — no author information anywhere
⦁ Abstract: structured (Background, Methods, Results, Conclusion), 250 words max
⦁ Figures: 300 DPI minimum, TIF or PNG, as separate files
